Description:

An evergreen herbaceous clump forming perennial originating in South Africa with narrow, erect leaves and long-stemmed umbels of white, trumpet-shaped flowers in late summer.

Site and Care:

Will grow in any type of soil in full sun or partial shade. Is hardy when left in the ground in well draining soil but will benefit from a mulch in Autumn. Plants in pots should be kept under cover during the winter to protect from water logging, rot and freezing. Mulch well in winter.Propagation is by division in the winter or seed.
