Description:

A hardy elegant small deciduous tree with pinnate leaves, pinkish in spring, turning yellow in autumn. Small yellow flowers in conspicuous large panicles, followed by ornamental bladdery bronze fruits. Native to China and Korea.

Site and Care:

It is best grown as a specimen tree in well-drained soil, of any type, in full sun. Little or no pruning is required except to maintain shape. Propagate by seed.
