Description:

A hardy perennial deciduous sub-shrub to 2m x 1.5m (6ft x 4ft) with narrowly lance-shaped, strongly lemon-scented leaves and open panicles of tiny white or pale lilac flowers

Site and Care:

Easy to grow in well-drained soil in full sun. Mulch in autumn to protect the roots. Under glass grow in a loam-based potting compost in full light. Prune in spring. Propagation is by softwood cuttings taken during summer.
